Annie is a registered psychologist who values a holistic and faith-based approach to wellbeing. She believes that true healing encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, and that faith and spirituality are essential to mental health. Annie integrates connection with God into therapy, supporting clients with their spiritual and moral foundations.

Annie believes in the power of language to shape the way we experience reality. Her therapeutic style draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), encouraging individuals to live with courage, integrity, and kindness. She also incorporates storytelling, archetypes, and symbolism to help people understand their personal journeys and rediscover meaning and purpose.

As a wife and mother of three, Annie understands the importance of simplicity, rhythm, and connection in family life. She supports children, adolescents, and parents to create balance in a world that is often overstimulating and fast-paced, encouraging healthy routines, mindful technology use, and nourishment through food, rest, and faith.
